    This gorgeous coin is part of a small hoard that I recently acquired.  These were initially purchased at their release in 1983, and have been carefully stored to this day!
    This comes completely as issued (back in '83).  The coin is housed in a capsule which is mounted on a heavy cardboard card.  Each comes with a serial numbered COA, and all is enclosed in a velvet drawstring pouch.
    Limited Edition of 10,000 were produced.
    Gorgeous Gem Proof, with "Black and White" Cameo surfaces.
    This coin is featured in Don Medcalf's "STANDARD CATALOG OF HAWAIIAN MONEY" as # 2M-234 (and lists a price of back in the early 1990s!)
