    Here is a great note. A Choice Uncirculated 1923 Legal Tender star note with the red seal. It is not the common blue seal silver certificate, but the legal tender. And a STAR replacement note to boot!  No folds, bends, holes, rips, tears or anything. This note is graded by PCGS as Choice Uncirculated 63PPQ. The Premium Paper Quality means that you don't have to worry that this note has been messed with by harsh cleaning or pressing to remove folds like many raw notes on eBay.
    You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
