. The note itself references the "Act of March 3rd 1863" to the front left, with a picture of people gathering to rejoice.  This note is

years old
and in good shape considering its age!

hard to find
for collectors because of their age and collectible qualities.

Shipping
We ship all our items via USPS First Class, Priority or Express Mail. We package all the notes in a protective sleeve with a cardboard backing and ship them in a bubble envelope.
Most items shipped within the United States have a modest shipping and handling fee depending on the value of the item(s). For our International customers, if you purchase multiple items, we will ship all purchases in one envelope so you pay only one shipping fee.  We will ship your item(s) within 5 days from the purchase date. If you plan on bidding on more of our auctions, please let us know and we will hold off on shipping.
