    Everyone has an Aunt Lillian. She went from the Midwest to New York City and did well in the early 30s and 40s.
    Treated herself to nice clothes and accessories, which were not outrageously expensive back then.
    Fascinator has a 9x9" oval shape.
    Unmarked.
    Netting is tearing, as is common with most vintage hats.
    And one piping piece is loose; needs to be regaled or stitched.
    Delicate, frothy bit of decadence.
