Description

Pre-Wired Littelfuse HWB60 sealed fuse and relay panel. Ideal for harsh environments and sub-panel applications. Also suitable for main panels for heavy equipment, trucks, hot rods, and utility vehicles. Accepts ATM MINI fuses and ISO 280 components. Fully rebuildable and serviceable unit. This panel can be interlocked to another for expansion. 2 AWG single battery input with 5/16” cable lug. Relay group can be positive or negative triggered. GXL automotive wire. Delphi terminals and wire seals. Compact panel rated for up to 150 amps maximum with a 30 amp maximum on any single circuit (this will be controlled by relay max ratings and output wire size). Color matched relay triggers and outputs for easy circuit identification. Wiring diagram included. Model: HWB60-8F435R 8 circuit panel. 4 fused constant outputs. 4 fused 35 amp relay outputs. 150 amps max total panel. Circuit Details: 10’ relay trigger wires. 10’ output wires. 30” battery input cable. The panel can be broken down into 3 sections.
CONSTANT OUPUTS:
(4) 14 AWG fused constant outputs - 10’ length. These four wires will always be “hot” when this panel has a power supply attached.
RELAY OUTPUTS:
(4) 35 amp micro relays - 12 AWG fused outputs -10’ length
RELAY TRIGGERS:
(1) 18 AWG relay coil common - 10’ length (4) 18 AWG color matched relay triggers - 10’ length
Includes 20 Littelfuse ATM MINI fuses. 2 each 2,3,4,5,7.5,10,15,20,25,30 amp. Panel dimensions: 6-1/4” L x 2” W x 3-1/2” T. Allow 3 inches underside for wire exiting the panel. Mounting brackets are available in the Littelfuse category.
