  • Return policy details: We package all items very carefully, but are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. If you are concerned about damage or theft during shipment, please ask for us to add shipping insurance to your invoice before you pay for your order. Our past experience has been that your order will arrive safely 99.8% of the time. We have shipping damage or theft reported on less than 1 out of every 500 items shipped. An item being returned may not show any signs of having been used and must be returned in its original packaging in saleable condition. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization and must pay for return shipping, unless we mistakenly shipped the wrong merchandise. In such an instance we reserve the right to replace the item being returned with the correct merchandise and to refund only the return shipping cost. Returns, when authorized, must be made by the same shipping method as used when we shipped your item. As an example, if we shipped your order by First Class Mail and you return the item by Priority Mail, we will only refund the cost for returning the item by First Class Mail. If you ordered the wrong merchandise by mistake and want to have the item replaced with a different color, design, size and/or style, then you will be responsible for paying for the cost of the return shipment as well as the shipping cost on the replacement shipment. In very rare instances, items may contain manufacturing defects that are not apparent until the merchandise has been removed from its original packaging. In such an instance, you should contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide a complete description of the defect. Depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the defect, we may be able to replace the defective merchandise without requiring a return. We do not ask for defective items to be returned to us, unless the manufacturer requires returns before credit will be issued to us. If that happens, we will authorize you to return the defective item at our expense before we send a replacement. As mentioned previously, an item being returned may not show any signs of having been used and must be returned in its original packaging. Please note that we will not issue refunds or ship replacement items, unless a return authorization has been obtained before the merchandise is returned to us. Refunds and replacement shipments will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

    - The Standard Flat Shipping Rates quoted in this listing are for First Class Mail to US destinations and for Airmail shipping to the rest of the world. Quoted shipping charges include only our actual shipping, packaging materials and handling costs. We work hard to keep your shipping costs at an absolute minimum by buying packaging materials in bulk and by packaging both creatively and securely. Available discounts and savings are clearly identifed in our invoices and any overpayments on shipping and handling charges are refunded automatically. We offer First Class Mail, Priority Mail and FEDEX Ground shipments to US customers and Global Priority Mail and Air Mail (First Class International) to international customers. Surface Mail is no longer offered as a service by the US Post Office. Shipments may be combined on multiple purchases made within 5 days of each other to save on freight. We always charge for shipping, insurance (if requested) and packaging materials at true cost.
    Please ask for a payment amount and wait for us to invoice you, if you are purchasing several different items. Our invoice will include your combined shipment savings.
    Overseas Military Customers Welcome!

    - The payment of customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that we MUST complete all customs documents properly on international orders. We ship over 1000 orders internationally every year and everybody at the post office knows us. We will be glad to split your order into 2 parts, if that helps, but the increased shipping cost may offset any customs savings.     Don't Pay Too Much For Shipping!
    Wait For Your Combined Shipping Invoice And Save!
    eBay has started charging sellers 9% in sales fees on shipping charges as well as the merchandise cost on all orders. If you pay for multiple items without waiting for us to send you a combined shipping invoice, you will
    ALWAYS
    pay too much for the shipping on your order. The main problem with the new eBay shipping fee charges is that they will not refund any of the 9% in shipping fees that they have already charged the seller when you made your payment. As an example, if you pay .00 for shipping on 5 items and the actual shipping cost is only .00, eBay will keep the .25 in shipping fees that they charged on the original payment. Instead of refunding .00 as we have always been able to do in the past, we will only be able to refund .75. The other .25 will be kept by eBay.
    The only way you can eliminate paying too much on your shipping costs on all multiple item orders is to wait for us to send you a combined shipping invoice before you send us your payment.
