    Description

    Vintage Korhogo cloth. Made by the Senufo people of Korhogo, Ivory Coast. This textile features hand painted animal designs on a hand woven/spin cotton fabric. The Senufo use the cloth as a shield against vengeful spirits by wearing or hanging them in homes/shrines. Some fading due to age of the textile, but no real flaws.
